Entrees Each Entree = 2 servings

Mac and Cheese

Spiral rice noodle tossed with a tangy, creamy cashew cheese. (No soy, wheat/gluten or dairy) Any sesonal veggies can be added.

Teriyaki chicken OR Wild Salmon bowl

Marinated, sweet and tangy chicken or salmon chunks, over whole grain, sweet brown rice with slivered carrots, broccoli then drenched in a gooey sesame sauce.

Turkey Meatballs with Veggie Marinara

Juicy meatballs over brown basmati OR brown rice pasta topped with a plum tomato sauce infused with a trio of shredded root veggies. Vegan version available.

Veggie lasagna

Pureed, fresh market vegetables like broccoli, carrot and baby spinach. Layered with brown rice noodle and our own, house made, almond ricotta cheese.

Snakcs

Moster Green Spinach & Macadamia Balls

WEEKLY DEADLINE

Orders must be placed by 12midnight Thursdays for a Monday delivery the following week. This is to ensure that our chef has ample time to coordinate your meals which will be freshly prepared for you Monday morning with hand-picked produce from our local farmers market.
