| Roast Chicken | Oven roasted Kosher chicken breast with a tomato sherry-dipping relish over white beans and citrus greens. |
| Turkey Breast | Apple and date stuffed turkey with shallots, new potato and blanched, mustard greens. |

- Creamy white bean hummus with cucumber chips.
- Mashed Tahitian squash with vanilla and apple.
Sides:
- Almond, sun choke puree.
- Black rice with raisins, hazelnuts and herbs.
Mains:
- Dungeness crab cakes over Napa Cabbage with Dijon cream.
- Grass fed beef tips simmered in a Korean broth over wilted purple cabbage, crisp broccoli and crushed almond.
